Built for multi-display gaming setups and content creation, the ELITE XG270 27" 16:9 240 Hz G-SYNC HDR IPS Monitor from ViewSonic uses a virtually borderless design on three sides, which helps to maximize your viewing experience while minimizing frame distractions. This display is further strengthened by coverage for 99% of the sRGB color gamut, NVIDIA G-SYNC technology, HDR10, and a 240 Hz refresh rate. Coverage for 95% of the sRGB gamut delivers accurate color, while NVIDIA G-SYNC synchronizes the display's refresh rate to the frame rate of the graphics card to greatly reduce or eliminate stuttering, juddering, and tearing during gaming and video playback. A refresh rate of 240 Hz means that the display refreshes 240 times per second for smoother motion, while HDR10 helps bring out details from dark and bright areas while maintaining overall image clarity.
ViewSonic's ELITE XG270 also features a native resolution of 1920 x 1080, In-Plane Switching (IPS) technology, 8-bit support for 16.7 million colors, a widescreen 16:9 aspect ratio, an anti-glare panel with a 3H hardness rating, a static contrast ratio of 1000:1, a dynamic contrast ratio of 120,000,000:1, 400 cd/m2 brightness, 81 ppi, a backlight lifespan of 30,000 hours, and a 5 ms (GtG) response time, which can be boosted to 1 ms (GtG) in overdrive. Using the 178° horizontal and vertical viewing angles, it is possible to watch content from virtually any position. This display has two HDMI 2.0 inputs, one DisplayPort 1.2 input, one USB 3.1 Type-B input, and three USB 3.1 Type-A outputs. Audio can be output using the dual 3W speakers or the 3.5mm headphone jack. To further help improve viewing and accessibility, the display features a height adjustment of 4.7", a 45° swivel, a 180° pivot (-90 to 90°), a tilt of -5 to 20°, and a 100 x 100mm VESA mount.
